Avocado and Mango Temaki

240g prepared sushi rice

6 nori sheets

1 ripe avocado, peeled and cut into 6 wedges

1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into 6 wedges

Pickled sushi ginger

Roasted sesame seeds

Place a small handful of sushi rice on the nori sheet. Add avocado and mango slices. Fold into a cone shape and top with some sesame seeds. Repeat to make 5 more rolls. Garnish with pickled sushi ginger.
